For our customers with support time included in their plans we are working on a new support tracking feature designed to keep you firmly in the picture with your support requests.

For our first release, you will be able to see your support requests we have worked on during the current and last month.  


  • MONTHLY SUPPORT TIME: If you have a plan with support time included then your allocation is shown, along with any active TimeBank you may have.
  • SUPPORT TIME REMAINING: Support time available for use.  TimeBank usage will be updated monthly.
  • REQUESTS: Details and time spent on requests for the current and previous month.

** We'll be rolling this out to our customers throughout January & February, so please look out for your notification email **
