Earlier this year we launched our new Website Plans and Support & Maintenance Plans to sit alongside our successful Projects (Bespoke Websites / Mobile Apps) and On-Demand Support streams. Interest in these has been high and I’m delighted to say that subscriptions are increasing on a weekly basis.
Many of our customers subscribe to plans that include development time that allows them to make minor changes to your site and then request a top up those hours for any bigger pieces of work.
Our new referral scheme can help save those additional costs and continue to develop your website by receiving additional development time as a thank you for any referrals you make.
There is no limit to the amount of banked development time you can have and you can use the time straight away or save it for future use.
- For any new customers referred by you that we convert into a Website Plan (Basic / Standard or Premium), we will give you 2 hours of development time.
- For any new customers referred by you that we convert into a Support & Maintenance Plan (Site Essentials or Site Management), we will give you 1 hour of development time.
How Does It Work?
- Refer us to your contact and leave the rest up to us
- On plan commencement, your awarded development time will be allocated to your TimeBank account
- Send a request as normal through the Service Desk and keep track of what you have used in your Website Report
