Every day Technical Services will run through a checklist designed to maintain site security, avaialbility and performance.

Critical issues are reported immediately while routine fixes are scheduled and tested on Staging before deployment.

We audit & recommend

Each month we run a site audit and send you a comprehensive PDF report on work completed, SEO status, site performance, traffic, visitors and everything else you need to know.

Each quarter we’ll produce an improvment  plan for your approval

Developer time included

Each month we’ll assign a developer to make any agreed enhancements recommended from the Monthly Report. 

You can also request minor research and changes through the ServiceDesk and we’ll use any free time for these.  Need more?  We can increase the allocation to fit your needs.

Weekly SEO health checks

Each week we scan your site for broken links and correct these automatically.

We also use check for incoming 404 errors and apply redirections, asking you about any that are not obvious.

Payments & Cancellations
How can I pay?

  • You can pay online or over the phone with your credit/debit card
  • For VAT registered businesses, once you’ve ordered, we will supply a VAT invoice and you can pay by card or Bank Transfer

How do I cancel?

Simply let us know before your payment date and we’ll cancel.  No contracts, no fuss.  We’ll supply a website backup to you or your technical support representative to allow for a smooth migration away.

Accounts and Passwords

  • We will set up an Adminstrator account called GorillaHub
  • We’ll need Admin access to do this – we recommend you reset your password after we’ve done this
  • We do not require your password to deliver this service after initial setup

Do I need to contact you each month?

No.  Once you are set up, you only need to get in touch when you want to.  We’ll host your site, keeping it online and backed up.

Exclusions
Technical

This service is designed to offer low-cost management for typical small business websites.  If your setup includes and of the following we’ll need to get in touch to discuss how best to support you.

  • Advanced or High Availability hosting (AWS, CDN’s, Load Balancers etc)
  • Dedicated hosting
  • Non WordPress sites (as we’ll need to adjust how we support some aspects)
