Next Steps

  • We'll contact you to arrange payment and log your details into our support system so our ServiceDesk can keep in touch
  • You'll receive a welcome email within 24 hours of service start explaining how best to contact us and what to expect next
  • A preliminary site audit to take a baseline and identify any existing issues will be carried out
  • Your site will be cloned to create a  Staging copy
  • We will apply any outstanding updates and security patches for testing before updating the Live site
  • We'll deliver your initial assessment and report within 7 days of order

Accounts and Passwords

  • We will set up an Adminstrator account named GorillaHub
  • We'll need Admin access to do this - we recommend you reset your password after we've done this if you want us to do this on your behalf
  • We do not require your password to deliver this service after initial setup

Do I need to contact you each month?

No.  Once you are set up, you only need to get in touch when you want to.  We'll look after your site, keeping it safe and secure and will report what we've done via the ServiceDesk.

Payments & Cancellations

How can I pay?

  • You can pay online or over the phone with your credit/debit card
  • For VAT registered businesses, once you've ordered, we will supply a VAT invoice and you can pay by card or Bank Transfer
  • Payments are in advance


How do I cancel?

Simply let us know before your next payment date and we'll cancel.  No minimum term contracts, no fuss.



This service is designed to offer a low-cost proactive Wordpress management service and technical support for typical small business websites.  If your solution has any of the following we'll need to get in touch to discuss how best to support you.

  • Advanced or High Availability hosting (AWS, CDN's, Load Balancers etc)
  • Custom API integration to 3rd party services if not provided by a plugin
  • Non Wordpress sites (as we'll need to adjust how we support some aspects)
