Full Website Management and Maintenance of each website including:

• Domain and SSL Certificate expiry monitoring
• Start of Day manual website check
• 24*7 website availability, performance and advanced monitoring to highlight issues
• Password protected Staging website cloned from Live overnight
• Website recovery from latest available backup
• Offsite backups taken daily of website files and database
Full Server and Linux OS Management and Maintenance including:
• OS and software package updates when indicated by the software manager
• Network security and firewall management with active measures such as temporary banning IP’s for abuse
• Deployment of a host based Intrusion Detection System (HIDS)
• Log reviews to identify underlying security or operational issues
• Reviewing server resources/health
• Filesystem management, space optimisation and file security scanning
• Users, SSH and key management
• System monitoring using nagios-based agents and custom scripts
• Offsite backups of key configuration and log data
As a managed service, all delivery will be consolidated and delivered in line with a Server and Linux OS Management and Maintenance methodology that includes:
• All planned work will be coordinated and tracked using ServiceDesk requests that can be updated online or via email
• Problem/Fault Reporting will be via GorillaHub ServiceDesk (helpdesk ticket) which is monitored Mon – Fri (business hours) and periodically at all other times
• Primary notification of issues from GorillaHub will be through the your own Helpdesk or principle contact
• You will receive ServiceDesk priority as a Tier 1 customer (currently 21% of customer base)
• You will receive a Monthly Report, delivered via email from our ServiceDesk Team in PDF format containing the following information:
• Server Health, uptime and software
• Capacity and Performance
• Website overview metrics
• Website Security
• Website availability and performance
• WordPress vulnerabilities and software

This is where our Branded Customer ServiceDesk comes in as we take your logo/brand colours and produce a front end ServiceDesk for you to use with your clients.
It works exactly the same as if coming through the GorillaHub portal only it retains your brand identity.
